Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP)

Paraway is required to have a Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP) prepared to comply with the obligations under the protection of environment legislation Amendment Act of 2011 and Environment Protection Licence No. 13143. The PIRMP is required to be prepared, kept, published, tested and implemented to comply with the POELA Act Licence.
